Join us on Oldham County Day for a hearth cooking demonstration at the Dahlgren Pioneer Barn on the campus of the Oldham County History Center. Using fresh, seasonal items from the History Center garden, discover how home cooks in the 1800s created meals in their hearth ovens. Guests can take a copy of the recipe used home to test out in their own kitchen. Admission is free and open to the public.
